目的:探讨贝那鲁肽对2型糖尿病的血糖控制效果,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:采用前瞻性研究的方法,按照随机表将2019年3月–12月本院收治的48例2型糖尿病患者平均分为3组,即对照组(注射胰岛素)、治疗1组(口服降糖药和注射贝那鲁肽)和治疗2组(注射胰岛素和贝那鲁肽)。治疗1个月后,比较3组患者的临床指标:糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PBG)、体重指数(BMI)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C);炎症因子水平:单核细胞趋化因子1(MCP-1)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和生活质量。结果:治疗后,治疗1组和2组的HbAlc、FPG、2h PBG、BMI、TC、TG和LDL-C均明显低于对照组(P <0.05),生活质量评估明显优于对照组(P <0.05);治疗1组与治疗2组之间差异不显著(P> 0.05)。结论:贝那鲁肽联合口服降糖药或注射胰岛素均能有效改善患者临床指标,降低炎症反应,效果优于单一使用胰岛素,具有临床用药参考价值。

Objective: To study the effect of beinaglutide injection on blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) in order to provide references for rational drug use. Methods: The method of prospective study was adopted. A total of 48 patients with T2DM admitted to our hospital from March to December 2019 were randomly divided into three groups: control group(insulin injection), treatment group 1(oral hypoglycemic drugs and injection of beinaglutide) and treatment group 2(injection of insulin and beinaglutide). Clinical indexes including glycated hemoglobin(HbAlc), fasting blood glucose(FPG), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2h PBG), body mass index(BMI), total cholesterol(TC), triglycerides(TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), inflammatory factors including monocyte chemotactic factor 1(MCP-1), c-reactive protein(CRP), interleukin 8(IL-8), tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α), and life quality of the 3 groups were compared after 1 month. Results: After 1 month of treatment, HbAlc, FPG, 2h PBG, BMI, TC, TG and LDL-C in treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 were all significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05), while the life quality of treatment groups was significantly better than that of control group(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference between treatment group 1 and treatment group 2(P > 0.05). Conclusion: Beinaglutide injection combined with oral hypoglycemic agent or insulin injection showed better effect on improving clinical indexes, reducing inflammatory reaction in patient with T2DM compared with insulin injection alone, which had reference value for clinical medication.
