中国药物应用与监测

目的:保证我院冷藏药品质量与安全。方法:分析我院冷藏药品管理存在问题,针对冷藏药品院内流通各环节,建立温湿度监控设施、设备,完善相应管理制度。结果:建立了闭环的医院药品冷链管理系统,系统运转顺畅,能够发挥冷链药品的保存、运输、预警、记录等功能。结论:该冷链管理系统能够实现医院冷藏药品记录的可靠性和可追溯性。

Objective: To ensure the quality and safety of cold-stored drugs in our hospital. Methods: The problems about management of cold-stored drugs in our hospital were analyzed. For every step of cold-stored drugs distribution in the hospital, the instruments and facilities for monitoring temperature and humidity were built, and management rules of cold-stored drugs were completed. Results: A loop-locked cold chain drugs control and management system was constructed. The system can run smoothly, and has the functions such as store, transportation, early-warning and record of cold chain drugs. Conclusion: The reliability and traceability of records of cold-stored drugs in our hospital can be realized by this cold chain drugs management system.
